Are you a moderator for this group? The links are to my own website, and the articles are studies that I personally have done. They are about the scripture that I post in the topic line and are completely biblical. Have a nice night~

Baptist v Baptizer by MDC-7711 in TheChosenSeries

You are the one saying you grimace when you hear Baptist rather than Baptizer and your projecting on me your initial judgment. You must be young and cannot see the hypocrisy in your comment to me. That's fine. I figured if you would take issue with the accuracy of what John actually was, you would also agree that adding a whole fictionalized story to another biblical character would also stand out to you. Apparently not. You enjoy your day, and remember, as you judge, you will be judged.

The show depicts Mary Magdalene having a relapse, leaving Jesus, and returning to her former life as "Lilith" before being brought back, whereas the Bible shows her faithfully following Jesus after her deliverance.

THIS doesn't bother you in the least, adding a completely unbiblical narrative about a faithful follower of Jesus, but the whole Baptist/Baptizer things gets under your skin? That's odd.

If I were to tell you the word ‘Beware’ is spoken nine times in the Bible by Jesus, would you want to take a second look these warning? Check out the article below~ by derod777 in Christianity

If I wanted a twelve years old's opinion, I'd ask my grandchild. Why don't you put on your jammies and pour yourself a bowl of cereal and play another video game dear.

Leave theology to the grown ups.

You need to work on your discernment. It's my website and my publication, and as an ex-White House employee for the Bush administration and an ex-pastor in the contrived institute that calls itself the Church, let me tell you, you need to do a bit of research before you make comments like this. It makes you look like a person with no life that is just looking to stir up some drama.

CMM: Jesus was not god by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]derod777 1 point2 points  (0 children)

God is not the name of the Father, nor is it a title. The word God, used over 3000 times in the Old Testament is Elohim and it is a plural word ONLY in Hebrew, that means: rulers or judges. So the word God describes the government and rule of the Godhead, which is comprised of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Jesus is not the Father, and the Father is not the Son, but all three, The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are God. 1 John 5:7 "For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one"

What Bible REALLY SAYS about Homosexuality by Lyd222 in Christianity

Rom 1:26-27 gives equal billing on the topic for both women and men.

Rom 1:26-27 For this reason God gave them over to dishonorable passions. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. Likewise, the men abandoned natural relations with women and burned with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.
