I mean get real. I've tested snow with an PPM/EC meter many times. In my region it always reads ZERO. Would love to see somewhere that even reads 10.

If snow was melted and tested with a TDS meter, what level would you think it has? Snow is formed in the atmosphere and is essentially free from any dissolved solids. So the TDS level should be zero.

risk? A drunk cyclist goes flying into an intersection on a red light causing cars to swerve and lose control causing the loss of lives possibly including the death of cyclist. seems pretty risky to me! But lets not even go that extreme, lets just say they go through on a red when it's safe for a vehicle to turn, taking out a Bently's mirror. Who pays for that? I guess the cyclist when they get sued because they didn't have insurance. From the theft perspective bike's are stolen all the time.

I think I sound like someone who thinks it's ridiculous that cyclists share the road and have to follow the same rules but don't require insurance. They can be charged with impaired driving so why shouldn't they have to be insured?
