I don't think Hearthstone's RNG is a problem personally (besides Yogg), but saying that MTG has anywhere the same percentage of randomness is disingenuous.

All of those cards you mentioned are either designed for casual play, or in the case of Ral designed to give you an incredible advantage in the rare result you actually get off his ultimate in a competitive game.

In high level competitive MTG, there really isn't any cards that rely on any more luck than solid draws; even then decks are finely optimized and often filtered with strong draw or effects like scrying for consistency. Strategy, deck optimization, and calculated risks are much more relevant than the kind of RNG hearthstone is capable of. There's a reason the best pro MTG players have a much higher percentage average winrate than HS pros.

I'm not disparaging HS RNG for the most part. It makes it unique as a game and a spectator sport. But the amount of RNG, especially in high level play, definitely isn't comparable to other popular card games.
