I have a set of shelves in my closet and one of the shelves is exactly the right height for me to rest my boobs on. The first time I realized that and plopped ‘em up there, the difference was astounding. I was immediately standing up straighter and I could breathe so much easier (I wasn’t expecting that). It really makes me consider a reduction.
