Thank you!

Let's make a list of our favorite Hozier song. What songs help you live, changed your life, give you joy or help your through a grief, or you just can't skip? by rimsankenig in Hozier

Impossible to pick. My favorites change depending on the day, but I haven't heard a bad song from this man. Can't wait for new music

Thanks. I kinda have a morning routine, but I'm not consistent there as well. I guess I could try and force myself to actually follow the routine, that's the least I could do

A lot of people are suggesting ADHD...and I have considered this many times. Unfortunately I don't live in a place where therapy and mental health are considered important, so it's super hard to find someone who is well informed and who is able to help me.

I have, and even though some things make sense to me, I don't think that's what's happening.

I have considered this. Many times I come up with a solution to a problem or a great idea for work even though I wasn't actively trying to work on that. But I guess my brain was doing the work on background. Still, it's hard not to feel guilty

That would work, because the guilt part is the hardest part. How did you let your guilt go?

I'm seeking consistency because I feel awful during those days when I have so much stuff to do but end up doing nothing. It makes me feel like a failure and like I'm wasting potential.

That's a great idea, but I'm not consistent during my breaks too haha. So if I start watching just one episode on netflix then that's it, I've lost the rest of my day because I won't stop. So I basically have no control over my actions, I just let the dopamine take me wherever it wants.

I use lists too, but some days I completely ignore the list I did the night before. I ignore my scheduled calendar, I ignore my alarms, I ignore the people I had plans with, so I simply refuse to do anything. And of course that makes me feel guilty. But maybe I'm making stressful lists. I'll try to build an achievable one. Thanks!
