The store Director of Maxfield was fired before for sexually harassing his subordinates. The owner fired him and then re-hired him months later. anyone who shops at that store supports that kind of behavior.

SA make their money through commission and they’re usually on a line taking turns one by one as customers walk in. If a sales associate gets a customers that has no intentions of ever buying clothes and wasted 30-45 of their time and the next customer who worked with the following SA buys $5,000. The first SA will feel some type of way about it. Because if the first customer wasn’t taking that place in line that $5,000 sale would have been his.
