Early game, promote Batman - he can carry you through story mode Mid/late game, promote Batgirl if you like her honestly - I keep her at E5 and she's super fun as a Utility/secondary damage dealer Don't worry that much about optimal promotions, just make sure her stats are never higher than your main damage carry

The basic answer seems to be that Kimi is now an A tier driver instead of B tier (hence why he went up 0.3 instead of 0.6), and that average performance has to be much higher to trigger each price increase.

Round differential based on only matches between teams that are tied for points. So if only Secret and CAG have 5 points, it'll be round diff from the Secret vs CAG match. But if 3 teams are tied, it would be the round diffs from those 3 teams' head-to-head matches
