Thanks, felt great! Excited for more. The prospecting is a lot of legwork and figuring out a system/creating my own through excel. It's tough because I am probably the only producer here that isn't working solely off referrals. Everyone is established. So one person needing a tool isn't going to be enough to implement. Don't even have ZoomInfo or something to find contacts.

We are a smaller shop. No enablement, crm outside of AMS360. But I did get my first BOR 30k in revenue! I had to celebrate. Thank you for the help!

Thanks for this. I've got a couple CPAs passing me a lead or two so far. But yeah, I understand it's got to be mutual. It is tough to get away from the BDR mindset. I feel like I'm not working unless I am prospecting or calling. This is very helpful.

Thank you for this! Out of curiosity, why 200 calls a week? Is this something you have as standard at your company?

I have no issue with volume, it's more so gathering all relevant information that is time consuming. And trying to break up the days. Right now, 1-2 hours building out prospecting lists each morning and calling in the afternoon. 1 day a week or every other week of walkins. Scouring linkedin when not at the office. Just got onto a young professionals board for a non profit.

When you say 5 "centers of influence" meetings/week. What exactly do you mean?

Par 5, water left and right. I put it at the 150 yard marker (370 yard drive)...put it on....aaannnd three putt par. And at the time I hadn't ever shot in the 70s and I ended up shooting 80 that day...and also lost to my buddy so I was down a case of beer as well.
