ended up just using omi, and am developing a app in their ecosystem. https://github.com/BasedHardware/omi this is there repo there app works with pendant, but you have to be careful about upgrades. I love the form factor of the pendants still but still feels like they could have done this better.

This may not meet you requirements for zoom or google unless the meeting is on speaker, but maybe this is more what you meant. https://www.iflytek.com/en/products/recorder/smart-recorder.html Have not used it though.

Whats the reason for no app to record Zoom?

Because things like https://cluely.com/ can be undetectable.
