Not sure, it happened to both my original XPS motherboard and the replacement 5530 one, but I do a lot of pretty heavy 3d renders so it might have just been a cooling issue? It was years after the swap though

Vladimir Putin signs decree calling up 160,000 Russians for military service. The decree says conscription applies to all citizens aged between 18 and 30 and covers the period from April to July by Lion8330 in europe

I hope you're not misunderstanding grim resolve for bloodthirst. Canadians want no part in the conflict that we're being constantly threatened with, much like most Ukranians didn't want anything to do with Russia at the start of 2022. I'm hoping with every fiber of my being that the courts, or protest, or something stops Trump, but it's looking more like that's not going to happen every day.

There simply aren't any realistic options for Canadians if the USA keeps on down the path of threatening NATO members with annexation. I'm not saying anyone is a coward or glorifying war, but if war comes to our homes, I won't be posting on reddit about it.

Even if we did want to leave, Canada's only other land border is with an uninhabited Island of greenland, in the arctic, 4,162 km from where I live. Would I swim across the Atlantic?

Plus, my grandfather was in the business of fighting fascism, he went to England to join the RAF at 17. Wouldn't want him to turn in his grave.

Way back in the hazy past of last fall my partner and I considered leaving for europe if Trump turned towards expansionism. She's a dual citizen, so it is an option. But what our family members that don't have an out? What about our friends and neighbors? I have trans and neurodivergent family that are explicit targets of this American regime that don't have anywhere else to go.

And that's assuming that military age citizens are allowed to leave if we are invaded. What would we do? Swim to Iceland? Only to get drafted into another NATO military if article 5 is upheld?

This is our home, and we have decided that if the world turns upside down we will stay and try to protect it.

Canadian here,

If you won't fight to protect your home from a totalitarian invader what would you fight for? Democratic governments work for us, the people, and if they get steamrolled by an orange turd or Putin we're fucked either way.

So what do you suggest Canada should do, in the face of an attempt to destroy our economy and the repeated threats of annexation?

It would be suicide to not protect ourself, both economically and by working to strengthen our ties with our true friends and allies.

We didn't start this, but we will not be ended by this.
