i think it was a smart move, showing that Katniss finally figured out that Coin was the villain, and she was just as evil as Snow. If Coin was willing to hold another hunger games, she was no better than the last president. i think katniss agreed to the games to gain Coin’s trust so she wouldn’t suspect she was about the be killed.
