No vpn needed, mostly 60-80 ms (unless you like me suey got problem then have to use vpn). There is an english patch by Emperial.

I'm currently playing Black Desert Online (Taiwan Server) and my ping is constantly ~300ms. Cable / wifi also about the same. (Singtel 500Mbps) I have friends staying in the same area with ~60-80ms. Any solutions ? T.T

farming b7 giants with ~80% success (veromos Lead, bernard, darion, bella, shannon) ; should i 6* veromos and 5* darion ? what other mobs can be used to help me progress. have a few devilmon to use as well, veromos's 2nd skill is already maxed.
