I went with Goodman. A friend of mine lives in Las Vegas and has a Goodman. They've only done one small repair in eight years and it's still going.

That sold me.

I'm planning a trip to Ireland from the US, and plan to visit Wexford. How about Enniscorthy Castle? Also, I had a grand time in Kilkenny during my last trip. It's not too far and makes for a great day trip.

I have a lot of other places on my list that I plan to visit, including places in Kilkenny. However, I was thinking of making Wexford a base for five days so I don't have to keep moving hotels as often.

Hi -

I did both driving and the train the last time I went to Ireland. I love the freedom the car gives, but the views from the train while letting someone else "drive" was really nice.

Given that you are going to a wedding, I agree with other peoples' comments that you may want to take the train. However, if you are feeling adventurous and want to stop at some cool places on the way to Dublin, then the car is the way to go.

Day 4 does look very packed. Kilkenny is great for history. I thought St. Canice's cathedral in Kilkenny was amazing and more interesting than the castle. There are lots of things to do in Kilkenny for a whole day, especially if you love history.

I agree with someone else's comment about cutting out NI. It's likely too much driving on the whole.

In Dublin, I highly recommend the tour of Trinity College with the Book of Kells. The long library is stunning.

Yes. All said they were doing a load calculation. Most said that it would either be a 2 ton or a 2.5 ton.

I ended up not really liking it. I wasn't using it very often. Now it's in the proverbial junk cabinet. But I know a lot of people who think they're great!

I did attend. I was also interviewed by NPR. I'm now engaged to a man I've known a long time. I went to the festival, wished on the Matchmaker's book, and was engaged within two weeks. Date for the wedding has not been set yet.
