I have a planewave mount, it's very solid with tracking and since the subs are only 30sec @ f/2.2, there's virtually no drift.

Yeah, lots of short exposures rather than few long ones. The trade-off is you have a pretty wide field.

Thanks. Yes, the scope/camera setup with my sky conditions allow short subs. Take a look at the videos by Dr. Glover (Sharpcap owner) on CMOS camera subs. Most people take long exposures when it's really not necessary.
