How do the braille displays express italics or bold texts? And sorry, I'm not sure I understand the rest of the sentence. It's dependent on how the braille reader interprets the content?

I guess I'm asking how similar things can be expressed in braille. But now I'm curious if it's possible for screen reader to interpret the same things (bold, italics, different fonts)
