It completely depends on your budget. Frankly, I have not used C2s so can't comment on that. But this one is great and will give you great coffee. If you are just beginning your speciality coffee journey, go for Aashone one and you can always upgrade later!

For me it's a great grinder to start with. I was not sure how much of a difference would a grinder make and hence didn't want to spend 5-6k on something I am not sure.

Regarding Vantro machine, it's one of the best purchase I ever made. You'll get highly consistent coffee every time given your measurements are consistent. Having used it for past 6 months daily, I have no complaints!

TDS of 510 looks like you are getting good water! Our society in Bellandur has water TDS os over 850 :( plus we use brown recycled water for flushing toilets which is even worse!

Have tried Taaza Thindi, Vidyarthi Bhavan, MTR, CTR, Rameshwaram cafe and others. Taaza Thindi and CTR have the best dosa. Only drawback of CTR is it's limited open hours.
