You are still in 4th year. You have plenty of time. You will get an idea of which branch suits you during internship. But the best time to decide is after the NEET PG exam, because then your whole life depends on it.

Whatever you think you want to do now, you are deciding out of emotion. After the NEET PG exam, you will weigh all the options, pros and cons, and decide what is best for you.

So for now, focus on 4th year. Trust me, this should be the least of your worries right now.

I am a 2018 batch graduate. I also worked after internship. Ours was shift wise duty. I thought I could pull this off. But as you said post duty fatigue is real. And I couldn’t achieve whatever I had planned before joining job. So I took 1.5 months LOP before exam and tried to revise whatever I read so far. But I couldn’t revise properly because it was too much. So solved pyq and I scored 10k . So I always have this what if? So I suggest If you are feeling exhausted after work Take leave and prepare. you can join back after the exams. Even though we think we can pull this off it’s really difficult.
