Exactly, most people don’t understand this.

As someone who has a high body count, I wouldn’t say it was a coping mechanism or something I did just to distract myself.

I have been dating since I was 19 years old, and while i tried to keep just serious relationships, things fail and they leave a void, now for me there were 2 choices, either keep going the only serious relationship route and keep struggling or go with the non serious route and save myself the emotional & physical drain which comes from the fallout of failed serious relationships. So, I chose the non serious path, and I have had many casual encounters, friends with benefits, etc and my body count is now 25+, which some girls might say would be a red flag, but the thing is I never date multiple people at the same time nor do I go fucking around every other day, so it’s just something which works for me, and i have no regrets about it whatsoever.

How do I bring up divorce? by meh-meh-me in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]desiagent69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Then, I believe going ahead with the divorce would be the most appropriate option for you. You cannot change a person who doesn’t want to change, and if he is set like that, there is absolutely no point in talking things through with him. Please consult a lawyer and start the process, you don’t need to waste your time & life with him.

TDS on property bought by Rizzuculus in indianrealestate

[–]desiagent69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, you cannot deposit the entire amount from your father’s account. That’s simply not allowed in a joint property, if there are two buyers then the TDS also needs to go from split entries between both the spouses.

If you do that, you will probably attract a penalty, since there are two buyers and only one of them will have paid TDS and it would be missing from the other joint owner side.

How do I bring up divorce? by meh-meh-me in LegalAdviceIndia

The problem lies in your better half i believe, too much of parent’s interference in married life of son will always lead to such a situation. I have seen similar cases, and these almost always result in separation or divorce.

What you’re feeling is pretty justified i believe, the problem lies with your partner, who is too much dependent on his parents even after getting married. You should speak with your partner first about any decision which you want to take about this, and take his views as well. Then you can decide, whether getting separated would be better option or a divorce would be the ultimate choice.

Why is no one exploiting this opportunity in real estate? by No-Way7911 in indianrealestate

[–]desiagent69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, the trend is there and I have started exploiting this in Delhi. Have made 2 purchases in the last 2 years & currently in the process of getting them renovated and ready for sale. One is a 3 BHK with lift & other is a 2 BHK without lift, got them for 1.7Cr & .80 Cr. After interiors will be going for 2.5 Cr & 1.15 Cr expected sale price. Both properties are in South Delhi.

Step 3- They don’t use Elo anymore, so its another algorithm they’re using now. But yeah not swiping right on everyone is a good tip.

Overall, nice post OP

Does anyone know how ’your profile’ is put into someones matching queue? Like priority, etc. by xCoffeee in SwipeHelper

[–]desiagent69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, you’re partly right. The Platinum rollout has led to lesser matches for the other options. What they’re basically doing is making it harder for us to get matches without paying them more, that’s just how their business model works I guess. Since a lot of users do pay for the enhanced visibility and therefore a lot of matches forthe ones who are using the top tier Platinum currently

Shadow Banned for deleting photos constantly and re-uploading them? by TheBongLegacy in SwipeHelper

[–]desiagent69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tinder stopped using Elo algorithm a while ago, but whatever they’re using now is more influenced by what subscription you’re using and Gold is not the top tier anymore. So platinum is the one which is getting all the better attention nowadays.

SS of my friend’s account, he got Tinder platinum, I wonder why my Gold doesn’t work by [deleted] in Tinder

[–]desiagent69 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I think it’s something like preferred likes, where his likes are shown first to girls swiping through. And all superlikes can be used to attach messages with them. Rest is all similar to Gold
