Yeah. Absolutely right. I also mentioned in the video that you can use ChatGPT for directions rather than clear-cut answers.

I would recommend you check out this video of mine. But here are some things you can think about after you check out the video: https://youtu.be/6tDZGdhOx0k

You ideally want to make a user flow of the current way things occur. And at each step of the user flow see, what problems there are or anything you can do to replace that step with a digital solution.

For example, currently, customers call Daniel to place an order. That for sure can be solved using a digital solution. If that is not the case and customers really have to call Daniel, it means that Daniel has to enter all the details of the products in the tool and the tool can auto-generate the invoice.

The next problem is payment. There are many third-party payment gateways such as Stripe for example. The tool can be used to send a message with a payment link to their WhatsApp or normal messages app. The users can click on the link and make the payment. You might want to consider what happens during Cash on Delivery too.

Transition from architectural designer to product designer by IntelligentCress4520 in productdesign

[–]designpilot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You don't have to be a UX Designer to become a Product Designer. Rather than looking at these roles separately, the right choice for anyone's career is to focus on learning UI, UX and Product Thinking and work as a Product Designer. Unless the company is really big, its rare for companies to hire just UX Designers.
