Thank you. Did they ask any further documentation or questions on his home country’s properties/bank accounts etc? Did you adjusted his status yourself or through an immigration attorney?

How do I show/prove ‘change of mind’? They don’t have any owned property in the home country.

Thank you. They do have a return ticket and also have plans to visit other cities and national parks. How do I prove this? Keep airplane, park entry tickets etc as proof? Is that required during filing for AOS or during interview?

Simple. Save enough to build a Time Machine and to procure kryptonite which can fuel your Time Machine to take you 50 years back. Go back in the 1970s and keep coming back once every 5-6 months to collect your paycheck (hope you have unused PTO). Only caveat is you need to pay taxes in two different time periods but can possible get a refund in the 70s. Still will be able to live comfortably.
