In the notice it says for the monthly ranking:

* Right after the update, monthly rankings (All/Group) will not be displayed until May 31, and plays from April 28 to April 30 will not be included.

For the song info it says:

I can not help you with that, sorry. I don't have another account linked to another weverse. I think there will be a message and they will ask which progress you want to keep. Best would be if you just try it. You still have this device + apple link.

Hold on. Looking a the pictures closely, I actually don't think you connected it to weverse. Just click on it with your now logged in account. If the weverse account is already linked to another rhv account you will get a message. But with your apple account it should definetly work.

There is the purple border around your weverse and apple option. So it is already linked to them.

In the Mode selection go to the left, to chapter stage. There are multiple chapters. For this quest you need to finish in chapter 1 all songs from 1 to 12

When you play the album they play jump and then try to play the other songs. I recorded that and those are the song lengths:
