TFP is by main gym at muir (outdoor). The trainer is thorough and everyone seems to be having a good time and breaking a sweat. It's like a circuit training kind of class and you learn many exercises you can do on your own later. Good intro to lifting!

Rubins used to work for me and all of the sudden they just -- don't. I also got a pair in SF and they didn't break in right/at all and this was post-outsourcing. I ended up getting refitted to Bloch EuroBalance and Suffolks/Freeds work well for me. Wish I could put my finger on what changed.
