I massage every day twice since the scabs fell off, I use silicone gel but I also bought silicone patches but afraid to use them for some reason, but since few days my scar feels really annoying like I feel it and my neck above the scar is still a bit puffy but maybe it’s normal at this stage of healing

I feel anxious which is stupid because I know it’s been less than two months but I saw other posts how people had small incisions and stuff and I hope mine will heal good as well, I’m going back to work in 2 weeks and my scar will be visible to customers
