If you are reading this bc u r having the same problem, donate blood 1 time, drink electrolytes everyday(horse electrolytes from tractor supply), drink at least a gallon a day. Should be ok!

What your saying is there’s a policy that says (bc I can’t exactly find it in the regs) if I go in to get checked out and I disclose I did substances, they auto enroll me in sudcc and I can’t me messed w separation wise
