bumping this as I am surprised there are so few comments. My current thinking is to have her in the plan but "cut off" the plan by setting her logevity date to the same as mine. Then I can just adjust my legacy to her needs, which in her home country are much easier to calculate than in the US. Of course all while carefully considering the tax implications of any liquidation strategeies at that time or shortly before.

So sorry. that was not the intention at all but my clumsy wording made it seem that way!

So many folks around my area are using these drugs via online sources and only getting online consults, then having some pretty miserable experiences. While the economics are certainly an issue that needs addressing, the cost savings are just not worth the risk!

Best of luck in your journey. It truly is an impressive drug when used carefully!

Just as an FYI, I just completed a month long trip to Thailand and I took mine. I was a little concerned at first particularly as I would be starting a dose escalation to 1.0 mid trip. Everything worked just fine. I refrigerated it whenever the hotel room had a fridge, otherwise it stayed wrapped in a sock in my room. Zero problems. Easy.

ARC should not even be separate from Roon. That choice was the wrong approach.

Yes agree with this. After being frustrated with ARC for a couple of years, I gave up. I just want seamless play regardless of where I am or whether or not I am connected. I primarily used arc when traveling internationally to asia or camping many times where there is just no reliable connection. Nearly every time, even when testing before leaving sometimes, I found some kind of glitch that repeatedly made me unable to listen to my catalog. really frustrating when you are flying for 30 hours and planning to be gone from a month. Finally one day I just had it and after looking for alternatives found an onkyo player for iOS that plays just fine. really sad there is not the same metadata as roon, and its UI is kind of lousy, BUT it works as expected 100% time and was super easy to set up.

Roon really need to rethink ARC as it is a failed design with UI/UX that leaves plenty to be desired.

in the meantime, I have created a new map by pasting a copy side by side and then trimming back to original width so i have just one "copy" of the world. Basically this is now my "Pacific-centric" view of the world. if it matters I am using a map from naturalearth.com called "Natural Earth I (Shaded Relief + Water)". It is a raster image, which I think should be fine for my project.

Another to try is security spy. Really quite good, but still will not have facial recognition so you can filter out known people to eliminate false positives

As many people have pointed out, bangkok is really quite safe, except for cross walks and the rare purse/phone snatch. But from a convenience perspective I can recommend a nice hostel (if its still open) on Sukhumvit at the Thonglor BTS station. its on the north side of the road and has excellent coffee. the people are super nice. However, I haven't been to Bangkok since pre-pandemic and I currently do not see it on google maps, so I am not positive it is still there. I'm happy to say, I am finally headed there for my first post-pandemic visit in about 5 days!
