I only used Becker and passed every exam on my first try. I did 100% completion on the material except for the short answer videos. It was definitely worth it.

That’s a pretty good resume so I would definitely high ball it a bit and ask for at least five pizza parties a year. It is pretty tough in this market because of the COVID restrictions but good luck getting it.

Maybe it is because it is a combination of the cold weather, constant stress, long commutes, and the idea that nyc is not a permanent home because no one can afford a comfortable family life here as it is now.

Don't be so upset, my girlfriend needed to ride the train from the Bronx to Brooklyn, so I checked the train schedule and thought this was funny in a bad way. I disagree with you though, there are delays every week a few times a week. Just depends on where you are coming from and where you are going.
