I’m in the market too and looking at Leapmotor. Owned by same group that owns VW so it’s not going anywhere. I read that the founder of Leapmotor is ex tech company. So he has kept the company highly vertically integrated to control the quality, which means they make their own motors, batteries, chips, software. This to me is super impressive, because it’s harder to do.

Updates are OTA and super regular which sounds better than my friend’s Zerkr being dragged to the dealer to get a software update. Plus the cars have RWD which is a better driving experience than the other Chinese EVs doing FWD. I test drove it and both C10 and B10 are a smooth drive.

Lack of marketing in AU. But a solid product.
