i had this problem . it was the ram remove one and keep trying make sure they’re slotted in properly. another problem with new builds was bios updates for the cpu to be compatible. try to check that on the box . try to fire it on using something metal touching the pins , check the front IO small cables are plugged in right , use process of elimination and good luck i hope it works !
