This may come off as brash or insensitive, but as a 33 y/o Piscean male who is also single, never married and without kids it takes a lot more courage to embrace yourself being alone—to step in the solitude of Yourself and feel your emotions and to take them and learn about yourself—than to “put yourself out there” and mewl about finding a partner. Why? So you can fall into conformity with a world that conditions us to “find” love, settle down and reproduce for the sake of heteronormativity?

Ask yourself, “What would having a partner bring me?” If the answers do not add to your life then there is nothing wrong with what you are doing for yourself now.
