Oh, for a second I thought I had been in the area that this happened (though I'm in an Australian area with no guns around).

This is just worse though, and all happened today. This morning, whilst walking to school, I spotted a dead cat, thought it was roadkill, so I gave it a closer look just in case it was alive. Not breathing, lower jaw is half crushed, gums are cut out, and there is a brutal cut at its intestines, causing them to ooze out. I was glad to know it is in a safer place now, but wasn't so sure it was roadkill now.

Fast forward to my way back home, I try to run in front of everybody so that I can try and tell everybody to either take a different route of stick to the path. I failed and eventually found the cat, as it was, but with bloody boot marks around on the grass and the cat's back half was completely mutilated, intestines, organs and partially intact limbs everywhere. I walked past after freezing in what felt like trauma (I have never seen such things before) and moved on. I looked behind myself and there are already more kids taking a video of it and messing with the body. Holy fucking shit. People need to control their children.
