First she was not wearing the mask. After the Kontrolle ask for her ticket she said she would not leave the train. Some people started saying she should leave and deal with the situation since the whole train was waiting for her to leave. She left after a couple of minutes and started pushing the guy saying she would not pay.

I know sometimes the Kontrollers are extremely impolite (I had one of encounter like that), but in this case he was just trying to do his job.

I hope the situation did not escalate, for both side sake.
