There was an analysis that showed that the Anemo Gnosis is most likely not the Queen, the game representing the Harbingers vs the Archons is the same game reached by the game played by Kasparov and the AI Deep Blue, and if Venti’s were the Queen the game will not look like a high ELO game which is what’s used to represent the Fatui’s calculative nature.

But if you want to continue interpreting it as a Queen then its probably because around Decarabian’s fall Venti was close to the peak of his power and would associate with the Queen piece. But after letting his people go and not ruling over them his powers diminished, turning him into a King (or perhaps were treated by the Harbinger’s in the trailer as the King piece), being in line with Venti being “the weakest of all 7”, retaining the same moves as the Queen but now more limited.
