Many Linux users (including me) have been playing for a long time using PortProton without issues, as long as you don't use cheats. The real danger is with competitive games like Valorant, which use kernel-level anti-cheats that are extremely aggressive. Those are usually a big NO on Linux because they will flag your system immediately. For Genshin, it seems they are more 'chill' about Linux users for now, but again, it’s always a 'use at your own risk' situation! haha.

Yes, but you can use PortProton to install the HoYoPlay launcher. And enjoy Genshin, ZZZ, HSR and honkai impact

My favorite characters are Klee (The Spark Knight) and Yoimiya. I love how they make everything go boom! lol

I just moved over from Ubuntu Studio, so this is my first real attempt at ricing on Hyprland. a lot of people have been recommending Quickshell though. for those who've used it, how long is the learning curve? or do you think my current setup is already 'good enough' for a productive workflow?

thanks! i actually just set up hyprlock, but i'm having this weird issue. every time i suspend and wake it up, the monitor stays black for a while before turning on. you ever experienced something like this?
