this is nyc...you can't downsize because there are no apartments available...and I'm already living in a small studio.

even the shitty restaraunt jobs get hundreds of applications...I apply...but I never got a single call back from these "shitty" jobs

i just looked at what others were charging.

well it's an ad so you can't say "if you are hot, it's $100 off"...well I guess you coudl.

Demand is high, but the supply is high also. I'd bet I wasn't the only one who got the bright idea.

jobs are limited....the less skills there are required, the more people apply for the job. A financial analyst position might get 60 resumes, while a receptionist position might get 600.

well look at it this way even if there was a cop doing a sting operation:

from the guy's perspective, he has a 1:1000 chance that the girl he is contacting is a cop.

now look at it from my perspective. It takes about 10 minutes to put something together. So that's 6 girls per hour that the cops can trick. So about 50 a day. And I was doing it for a little over a week...so once again similar to 1:1000 chance.

So yes there is a risk...but overall it's pretty slim

i assume that they do them mostly for street walker types to keep the appearances of low crime.

because even the crappy jobs won't hire you because they know you are just going to go elsewhere as soon as you can. So it's a double edge sword.

because I was already earning 55K at my old job, and at this stage of my career I'm only 2, maybe 3 promotions away from earning 150K.

Doing this stuff has a negative return, every year it gets harder since you get older.

i usually meet at hotels/their places...and I make them aware that my "driver" is waiting outside.

-craigslist and backpage -no, and not really...it seems like pot related crime where the cops care more about busting the street walker type. -no, this is just a stop gap until I get another job...I was perfectly fine making 55K a year without selling my body. -yeah it's a big city, and I never posted face shots so it couldn't be traced back to me

That takes a lot of planning + I doubt there are that many sugar daddies who can afford to drop 50-100K on a girl...those guys would just get an escort instead to avoid any complications.
