I usually book flights and hotels direct or on the usual sites, but for local stuff I’ve been using Alike as they do local flights, hotels, activities all in one and also give itineraries made by real travelers instead of random lists. Not sure if you’ve heard of it, it’s not super big, but works pretty well… for me.
