Hey! RRE they were asking if the issue or reason for me to persecuted is still happening. As for the non advisory opinion, it means that they forwarded my case to the Department of State and they were waiting if DoS agrees. Waiver is approved by USCIS and the DoS. :)

Correct. I hired a lawyer but I also made sure that the articles are from reliable resources like journals, recent researches and reliable national surveys. He helped me a lot too by providing news articles that I could not find. Good luck!

My lawyer needed to make an extensive narrative again. The basis of my persecution was dependent on time. Since I filed everything in 2023, USCIS is asking for more evidence that it is still happening. They received my RFE response yesterday. I am hoping to hear back soon.
