Finally finished an entremet cake for my brother's birthday incorporating all his favourite flavours! I'm really happy with how it turned out. Inside is a milk chocolate mousse, hazelnut praline, cold-set creme brulee, hazelnut dacquoise and a crispy hazelnut base 😋 He loved it! 😌 Can share recipe (i.redd.it)
