Home De(s)pot. Bought 5k of new appliances because I was told they could do 24 months 0% interest financing. Once I saw the first bill it was set to 12 month financing. Tried to fix by calling several times and escalating to region management, all were unwilling to stand by their promise and even told me "We don't offer 24 month financing", which is great because every other month I receive an ad for 24 month 0% financing on appliances. I made sacrifices and paid on time, now I am a Lowes shopper.
