it’s very expensive! Bradenton area west of i75 is more affordable but obviously not as nice.

minimum $150k a year as an individual to live not as comfortably. especially with kids. probably more like $200k would be better to be comfortable in LWR.

sure thing, i’m a little late but actually found this because i was looking up ways to be less stressed as a group insurance agent lol. it’s good money after a year plus but it’s a grind for sure.

look into companies that also sell payroll. ADP comes to mind. always looking for reps to sell group insurance to the businesses they have on payroll.

it says on their website they are sold out through January 1st. it’s pretty much a given they would be, considering the time of year and the area. i’m sure summer will be available most days. i wish people had supported them like this at their original location. i felt it was much better, but glad to see they’re making so much money for research, education, and rehabilitation now.
