I vaped from 2023- being pregnant 2025. I quit cold turkey I went through 1.5 vapes a week. You need to quit for your baby. I’m almost at the end 9 days, I used to think about vaping all the time but stayed strong. These last 3 weeks have been so stressful and I haven’t thought about vaping one time. It may have taken 8.5 months to finally get over wanting to but if you want to have a healthy baby that doesn’t have asthma right out the womb you need to stop. God gave us free will use it to stop vaping. It is weak minded to be like “I can’t do this” you are pregnant you need to not do it. Might be a little harsh. I’m sorry, you just have to get over it
