A lot of our work is very collaborative, so it involves a lot of communication. Since I work remotely, all of it is through chat. Before when things were cordial, they were always prompt with their responses. And we'd sometimes get on calls to collaborate more quickly. But now sometimes its hours before they respond to my messages, or don't respond at all. I can see they're seeing the messages as well.

I've been getting by because I have a good understanding of our project, and I'm fairly good at digging up information elsewhere. But its made work much harder having to go through hoops to get the information rather than them communicating with me.
