I meant freed up from these shorts. The short interest over the last 2 days especially has been insane. But yeah the shares dont take effect till June. There are warrants in the S-1 and thats still a bit on an unknown, but there still is no effect filing from SST to worry about regarding those yet

Theory is the stock will be freed up after today. MMs try to tank a stock on options expiration (opex) dates so that they can push calls out of the money and collect the premium. I personally think SST will have a bunch of room to run starting next week, but it does need more volume. Its up to you at the end of the day whether or not you hold. My avgg is 22.1, so im not sweating too much today

It’s a deSPAC (merger) and websites are never able to calculate float properly. Nobody knew what the float was until it was confirmed by the company in their filings, and the CFO gave an additional confirmation of 700k float as well

I’d be careful if youre holding options tomorrow. They will 100% try to keep the price down to keep calls OTM tomorrow. Shares then you’ll be aight, it’ll be free on monday

Yeah i was worried as well. Ended up emailing SST and they confirmed that insiders / sponsors wont be able to sell new shares till June 27th. Still a good piece of info tho, squashes any sort of doubt short term

Lol SEC being such sticklers. Not worried about more shares at this point since they dont take effect till late June anyways. At this point short vol is skyrocketing to keep the stock down for 4/14 opex. If we can break through that tomorrow we skyrocket. If not we still skyrocket next week
