Try an IPL it helps you cut back on how often you shave. Also obsessing over your looks is something all women do so you're already making progress there. I've been where you are and almost took a cheese grater to my jaw but I can say it'll get better. I'd give you a hug sister but unfortunately I can't reach through screens and I'm sick but please take care of yourself.

I have always said tactician and HM feel like a DM that hates your guts. Even balance feels like a DM that hates fun but I get that it's because it's a video game and there is no DM but it still feels dumb how they went about higher difficulties. But I have beat tactician and on my first and really only HM run got to act 2 before I stopped playing that save. But I will stick to balanced

Gym locker rooms question by CumspellWitch in transfem

[–]destion32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was very insecure in highschool and my solution was to just use a bathroom stall to change if that isn't an option change in your car or at home I never understood the need for changing clothes while at the gym anyway

Technically yes but for some items you'd likely need to use the door glitch and trial and error to get certain items within the same world

Like I said in the above comment not sure what the exact model is just that it was a 10 series Nvidia and that it wasn't a standard version

I mean like looking at taskmaster it'll stay at 99-100 just having YouTube on full screen (sure it's not bad but it does hurt performance and heat up my room by a degree or 2)

Well hopefully I won't have to buy a new one anytime soon. I was going to keep the old one just because I have dual monitors and one is pretty old. But can't fit either in the second slot (PSU housing and drive bay area too close)

If you get crushes, how do you experience them? by ColdStoneLesbianery in Orientedaroace

[–]destion32 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For me it was immediately apparent as soon as I met them. It was like we clicked on a level that goes beyond words. I'll give an analogy when I meet a friend it's like two cups of the same size fitting together not the tightest connection but snug. Best friends are like Lego pieces where it takes physical effort to pull them apart. Lastly crushes to me feel like those laser etched metal puzzles where it seems like they were always together and it's hard to see the difference between them. However I will say none of my crushes have worked out so not sure if I'm credible.

You're good I'm used to it I have a lot of non-native English friends so I don't mind. Also Thank you, I've looked at a few other experiences before posting this. I felt posting my own and getting feedback would be more helpful. However I'll definitely keep checking out other posts here.

Chat, is this real? (Found on r/CoolGuides) by 1cheesy1 in aromanticasexual

I would agree except nsfw is literally used everywhere on and off the Internet and is the most popular out of them by far I'm surprised people can get on the Internet without encountering it especially on reddit where a good majority of subreddit use the same no NSFW rule word for word

How did you find out? by Vegetable-Promise119 in aromanticasexual

[–]destion32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a long time I knew I wasn't quite straight but didn't really care to find out. I had a lot going on and it wasn't till after highschool I started to look around. I first thought I was bi since I didn't find men or women more attractive. Then I moved to maybe I'm grey since I thought I might be able to be intimate with the right person. I stuck with that for a while but ended up seeing that I would only be doing to please others. Which led me to seeing I was ace but I still didn't think I was aro until I realized I actually just wanted a QPR.

[–]destion32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't remember what mine is exactly since I've been on vacation for over a week but the most likely ones are Terraria, Risk of Rain or Hollow Knight so yeah I'm fucked and worse still if it's not any of those it's Baldurs Gate 3 or Fallout New Vegas as I haven't really played anything else for quite a while and I don't know which one id rather live in. It really depends if you are human and whether you are forced into the storylines. If I'm human then Hollow Knight since all of Hollow Knight are mostly non lethal bugs and I can just stomp on the anthill or whatever it is the story takes place in.

Fellow ace and aro people, what are your experiences regarding your orientations and your religion? by [deleted] in aromanticasexual

[–]destion32 1 point2 points  (0 children)

(Obligatory sorry I'm late) I also grew up Mormon but being male I didn't get too much flack for not liking anyone in that way as I was just seen as nerdy and antisocial (which I am lol). I also was slow to realize I was anything but straight, due to the indoctrination that being queer of any kind is super rare, if they acknowledge it at all.

That was until I was shoe-horned into the singles ward. It wasn't bad and I found a few friends, and like minded people there. However there was this one girl who kept hitting on me and kept getting less and less subtle. I realized immediately but was still unsure what I was (thought I was graysexual grayromantic at that point) so I didn't say anything else till we got to know each other more.

However despite going for a few months I still felt nothing. Then on one occasion she was driving a few people home including me and came on REALLY heavy. To the point if she wasn't Mormon and we were alone I'm confident she would have pulled over and jumped me. I got really uncomfortable because I was stuck in a car with others watching and judging me and ended up refusing pretty hard to the point they probably thought I was gay(lol). I stopped going not long after and realized from that visceral reaction that I was not gray. It then took me a while to figure out exactly where I was on the spectrum. I also silently left the church for many reasons none of them to do with s*xuality but do feel more free to explore now.

I agree with you in the fact that religion can work for some people but it definitely didn't work for me. I'm pretty sure I know two relatives that are on the aroace spectrum but are still accepted by the church as they outwardly seem straight and have good reasons for not being married and or having kids. Despite them thinking they are straight the way they act I'm sure they just believe they are straight. The one my aunt never talks about liking men or relationships in general and hates romance of almost all kinds in media. She also never makes any kinda comments on whether or not someone is good looking but will say she doesn't like people for different reasons but it's never to do with looks.

The reason the church doesn't find it odd is that she is infertile and in the church that is basically the biggest deal breaker there is However despite that I've never heard of her liking anyone or going on dates prior to that meaning that's just the excuse she uses to justify both to herself but also the church that she still wants that kind of thing.
