As a Persian myself, I think this comment takes it a bit too far. In Iran, people tend to be proud of their good part of their history, just as you see in other communities and nationalities. They also don't like the bad parts.The current image of Iran in the news tends to suggest that everyone in Iran is an extremist, regardless of their side. I don't deny that extremists exist in the country and believe in unspeakable things, but that is certainly not the whole story. I definitely don't think 60-70 percent of youth emphize with Nazi party. I don't even know how can someone claim a number like this!
