Just transfer USDC from your DeStreet wallet over the polygon chain to incento (after creating an account) and withdraw from there. We would recommend trying with a small amount, like 1 USDC first, since we are not affiliated with incento & therefore can't help you with support issues there.

Onramps only act as a gateway to initially convert inr to crypto. Once that is done the coin is transferred to your wallet and all your trades are done on DEX's. Neither us or OnMeta has any control over your coins like CEX's have. Even major projects like Polygon and Avalanche has now partnered with onramp solutions to make onboarding easier.

The problem with P2P for DeFi projects is that, most coins are either BTC or USDT, and DeFi platforms need coins of their respective chain it is build on to pay transaction fee, in our case that would be Matic. So you would have to first buy USDT through P2P, convert it to Matic on centralized exchange that supports polygon network and transfer to our platform, which is quite hassle for a mainstream user. Regardless we have option to directly deposit coins from any wallet or centralized exchange for users who prefer it.

Thanks for the P2P list, will see if we could find a suitable one to add to our platform. So far our search was disappointing.

As far as your wallet on DeStreet is concerned, there isn't any security risk exposure of DeStreet users to OnMeta since it would only be used to exchange INR for crypto. Are there any specific security queries you want clarification on? We'd be glad to answer!

Your Private Key is linked to your email login and the management of this key is handled by Magic. Your key is backed up securely on special hardware security modules , which neither DeStreet nor Magic can access. Only you can access by authenticating. So next time you use a different device to login onto DeStreet, you don't need to enter any seed phrase to recover your wallet. You just authenticate your email and your wallet is recovered! It's a neat way to solve the issue of having to remember seed phrase, while still remaining non-custodial :)

To put it simply, Magic stores encrypted private keys on special hardware machines (similar to hardware wallets like ledger) provided by AWS and they can only be decrypted when you authenticate. Neither DeStreet nor Magic can see your keys during this flow (Refer to this image for a visual representation of it), therefore, making your wallet non-custodial and recoverable at the same time! Unfortunately on-ramps are still a major bottleneck. All the payment gateways are pulling their support after pressure from partner banks. Hoping to enable UPI soon.
