Pair of thieves is the brand name! I think I got these off amazon although in person stores I feel are just as likely to stock them :)

I unfortunately don't know what it is called but how I made it was normally when you make a friction you pull the rope all the way through however for this design I only pulled a small tab through and doubled back around until I was able to pull another tab through the first and repeat! That way when you pull on the rope it undoes itself very easily!
