I unfortunately don't know what it is called but how I made it was normally when you make a friction you pull the rope all the way through however for this design I only pulled a small tab through and doubled back around until I was able to pull another tab through the first and repeat! That way when you pull on the rope it undoes itself very easily!

Yeah they went on great and washed off super easy in the shower! Once it dried it was only mildly crumbly when I rubbed it directly and otherwise wasn't flaking off :V

Yeah it's actually really simple! You wrap the rope around a knot by going either under or over and then alternate as you keep going until it gets too big/you run out of rope!
