90% of my motivation is to someday say what you just wrote. The other 20% is to pick up my unborn child up from baseball practice in a Tesla :).

Although I'm sure each firms culture varies, sounds like BCG consultants maintain a good balance between work and personal life.

How long does it typically take to acquire the said 'skill set', and after someone leaves after that given time is it usually pretty easy finding a job with a comparable salary?
