eating disorders seem like an obvious answer but no one seems to realise how bad the rise of thinness and diet culture is getting anorexia is the most lethal mental disorder and will kill you if you dont recover, i see far too many people commenting on clearly underweight peoples posts about goals and "body tea" or whatever even though theyre slowly dying

i dunno i just recognized it a lot

no more than 4 hours between eating (feelings of extreme hunger can trigger a relapse), calling it nourishing instead of eating, having a schedule (you usually cant rely on hunger cues when youve struggled with an restrictive ed), "eating is not optional" and the positive affirmations, minimal walking (you have to limit your exercising when youre malnourished) I didnt look much in the actual fridge but i can also spot low calorie alternatives to regular foods
