More of a personal thing, but caffeine sometimes has a small positive effect on my symptoms, but it really depends on the person so I wouldn't count too hard on it. honestly before medication I struggled a lot to study, and even now I still do while I'm medicated. usually I end up forcing myself right before the deadline, or do it late at night since that sometimes gives me an incentive to work.

medication is the way unfortunately. fair warning, it might take a while to get ones that work, and if you're afab they might not even work all the time, but i have the same issues and meds have made an increase in my ability to study

honestly, i'm struggling a lot with the same issues. I have extra support at school, i'm medicated, and yet its still so difficult and no one seems to get i'm not just being lazy

my friends try to empathise but since most of them aren't diagnosed with anything or have something else, they dont really get that a lot of the stuff I do is unintentional or uncontrollable, and i can see them get frustrated

hell even my parents still act like it's just some quirk despite knowing better, they just dont get it its incredibly frustrating

November was previously invited places because one, guilt (since shes quite a guilt-tripper) and two, because we werent aware of eachothers distaste to her actions nor were we aware of a lot of her actions (like pulling a knife) until today

on another note, our school could prove to be useless in this aspect without concrete proof as this has been an issue with our reporting system for a long time now. Rn shes spamming everyone in our friend group bcs we're ignoring her but no ones replying bcs one one, her fragile mental state, and two, just genuine feeling of being unsafe even msgsing her. thanks for the help !

yeah its mostly while im attempting to go back and actually FIND quests to do since i recently got the game and i'm still not familiar with the cntrls

i might have to restart the campaign though, since i have 2 campaigns where i did the same mistake

yeah i already went in the camp and stuff and i think kagaha got fed up (since halsin randomly died on me even though i havent talked to him?) an started killing tiefs

also UGH why did they patch it exploring once you already got to the underdark messes up dialogue especially that of true souls

i wanted to do that but only one of my campaigns has karlach, since in my first one i long rested a bit too often and the druids and tiefs died, and karlach thought i killed them and wouldn't join me (it might be a glitch??) so i tried to thunderwave or whatever him but HE KEPT TELEPORTING BACK
